The company operates two manufacturing bases in Taicang, Jiangsu Province, and Wuhu, Anhui Province. Our primary products include cyclone separators, Venturi scrubbers, fiber bed mist eliminators, various gas-liquid separators, and static mixers. We also offer technical consulting and engineering services such as fluidized bed and internals design, CFD fluid simulation, and FEA finite element analysis. To further enhance gas-liquid separation efficiency and better serve China's basic chemical industries such as sulfuric acid and chlor-alkali production, Xunlai Fluid has introduced a state-of-the-art fiber bed mist eliminator production line from abroad. This production line employs fully automatic mechanical cross-winding technology, which completely resolves the issue of liquid shedding after saturation in the fiber bed. The fiber bundles (not fiber mats) used are 100% imported, and the separation efficiency for submicron droplets exceeds 99.9%. In addition, Xunlai Fluid is equipped with comprehensive filter element testing devices and testing processes, providing multiple layers of assurance for stable product performance.
